I am 14 years old started training from about 6 months and want to know what is this amino acid that all my friends talk about.
what is it used for?????
disadvantages???
is my age still young for taking it?????
should i take another supplement like creatine or so......????

Amino acids form chains called protein. Eats lots of it. It'll build muscle.
More will be able to add to this. Eat more calories than you burn and you will grow. (hey, i did say basics!)
Get your trainning sorted and you won't need this. Listen to everyone on this board, especially the ones that know their stuff.should i take another supplement like creatine
