    I am 14 years old started training from about 6 months and want to know what is this amino acid that all my friends talk about.
    what is it used for?????
    disadvantages???
    is my age still young for taking it?????
    should i take another supplement like creatine or so......????

    at your age you should be training and eating...

    Donlt get caught up in the supplement hype...

    You seem very confused Kidman. Here's some basics:

    Amino acids form chains called protein. Eats lots of it. It'll build muscle.

    More will be able to add to this. Eat more calories than you burn and you will grow. (hey, i did say basics!)
