    8/26/2008 - ME Bench (Again)

    I missed my squat session on Sunday due to vomiting my brains out from some sort of stomach bug so I am restarting my training cycle here.

    Reverse Band Bench - Average Band
    1x5 315
    1x3 365
    1x1 405
    1x1 440 - PR
    1x1 455 - PR - This was tough
    (+Phenom)
    1x2 455
    1x2 505 - touch
    1x1 525 - touch
