    It's 10 lbs a side buttmunch. Done with minimal rest between sets, I stopped 3 times and banged out 100 reps with only 10 sec rest or so between sets.

    I was told to beat my shitty lockout into submission. The strength is there everywhere else except the left arm locking out.
