    1x1 305 + doubled mini - PR
    1x1 315 + doubled mini - 30 lb PR
Hit the uprights on the 295. 315 was pretty easy but my pec was feeling a little off so I shut it down. Had another 20-30 lbs or so in me

    EZ Bar Tricep Extension
    4x10 with bands

    Neutral Grip Lat Pull Downs
    3x20

Lying Elbows Out Extension with Band Pulling Across Body
    3x15
I set up a bench lengthwise about 2 feet in front of rack and set up a monster mini around the rack about 2 feet off the ground. I attach the band to the dumbbell and lay down and perform a one arm elbows out extension, trying to keep my upper back tight (as if I were pressing). When I extend at the top of the extension I think about pulling the bar apart. This hits the supraspinatus hard.

    Suspended GCB Good Morning
    (1-2 inches below belly button)
    1x3 325
    1x3 375
    1x3 415
    1x3 465
    1x3 525 - PR
I think my best was 505 for a single from a couple inches above belly button. Pretty happy with this considering I havent done Good Mornings in a very very long time. Left shoulder is acting up, but seems like my bench is fine so we'll see... Monolift hooks should be coming in the next week or two.

Yeah, I've had one for a couple months (Shawn from Worlds). I have another guy who may come in fro the summer. Raw lifter though who doesnt compete. Just ordered the Poor Man's Hooks from Crepinsek. They should be here in a week or two. If I'm going to drop over 1,000 I might as well get a monolift. These will tide me over until then.

CT worked on it on Sunday. I am super duper tight and knotted up. Stretching every morning now, and will ease back into it. The impingemenet happens less frequently as each day passes.

Do you see how I squat? I'ma bent over mess. What's the point.

They used to ding up my lower back pretty good too. I may do them every once in a while, preferably suspended so I can work on straining a bit more.
