Yes its triple ply. I am too much of a spaz to use a shirt with a strict groove so it works well for me when it fits properly. I've tried a bunch that were either too big or too small so this one finally fits properly.

Vids were out of focus and crooked but a couple of the reps were high particularly the last one where my knee wrap came loose. Regardless I'm very happy with this.
