    First day using the Poor Man's mono. Wish I got them much much sooner. Weights felt pretty good. Didn't want too push too far today since it's been a while with the gear and I was training by myself, but I definitely had more in me. Was experimenting with the dip, but need to work on it more as I came up a little bit forward.

    Force your damn head back. Right from the start your head dips forward and then you are doing one beastly good morning. Focus on pinching the bar into your traps with your neck before your spine shoots out your ass and kills your spotter lol
