This was my second session in this shirt so we will see. Considering I benched 435 in May at my last meet and also benched in the shirt 3 days ago, I was very very happy to lock this out today. I got plenty of time before my next full meet (Jan 25) and I may do a bench only meet in early December.
Ah, OK, that shirt should stretch out a bit. Hopefully you can get somewhere close to 500 to touch, as you didn't have much problem getting that locked out, which is a nice improvement from May. Keep working the doubles and triples a few more sessions.

Thanks! It feels a little better each morning. I think I just strained a rotator muscle (subscapularis) so it should get healed up quickly. I hope.

Yes, GCB = Giant Cambered Bar. Thanks! Every third week I take a couple of heavier sets on DE day and then deload the week after and start the wave again.
