Hi there Guys
Can anyone suggest good ingredients for making your own protein powder?
I have access to bulk WPI, but not sure exactly on the other goodies to bring it up to speed...
...I'm sure there is a budding nutritionist here somewhere...
I'll give you a hint for the WPI, check out any dairy producers in your area, for example...

I can buy a 25kg of WPI for AU$205.....bargain!

Dude, I cannot believe that I jsut saw that, I feel ill......
Anyway, besides that, it'd be great if I could make my own powder, cut my cost down considerably..... ideas??Let me get this straight...

Check out www.proteinfactory.com , you can create your own body building formulas from scratch if you want from a variety of different ingredients or can choose from one of there preformulated mixes, plus you can choose the flavor you want, the sweetener, etc. They list what is in all there formulas plus proportions, so recreating them wouldn't be hard, plus they have some general pointers on the page on how to mix stuff so it doesn't taste downright foul.
