    Managed to screw up my traps on the weekend. Did some indoor rock climbing. Didn't warm-up and stretch. My bad. Major knot on the left side. Another reminder that I'm not 20 anymore. Stupid me.

    Knees too close together. It's just the way I have been doing them from the start. Thought I was doing it right. LOL!

    I only do Anderson / Rack Squats anymore. But we both know Squats are the answer to everything..
