Enter into Strongman Competitions for the fun of it. Something to strive for. Becoming something I never was growing up. Strong. Big. Muscular. It's taken a Looooonnnnggg time to get this far. hahaha Damn genetics. Started out wanting to be BB......didn't work out for me. (took years to realize that)
As for where I am in Ontario? About 55min North of Toronto Airport.

About 8". It's a small wooden lifting platform that I place in the Rack. The rack is fairly big (4' x 5') so it allows me to stay inside with the weight while I step-up onto the platform and back down. (hahah it's the ONLY way I would ever do this exercise)
