That workout looks like its getting on the right track, just needs more weight! The pulldowns had 195 for 8 last workout, then 180 for 6? Bump it up!

Very Nice, Now try 4's on Squats and Pulldowns. Triples on the Presses. Then Back off and do a week of 8's with reasonable weights. Cant PR every workout, and Failure Breeds Failure.
