Good question... actually I live in Uxbridge... it's about 20mins north of Whitby... but work in Scarborough... where do you guys train? I saw that cricket_fire is in Welland right now...
Could definitely use some form help and tips...
Read your post in my log about the triceps... could be something... I do mostly compound stuff, so maybe start adding in some band pushdowns at the end of training along with my bicep work... not really sure about this...

You wont hit 400 if you do workouts like that
