So I've been lifting for a year now, I feel like I've definitely gotten bigger. My chest seems to be lagging the most. At least I don't have any cleavage, if you want to call it that, hah! My pecs have a bigger look from a side view then from a straight on view. Is this just genetics? Do I need to lose weight? More of a particular exercise?
I do flat bench, dips, cable crosses, incline DB/BP.
