Some DE training videos from 7/15

I am posting a vid of my speed bench. I have not done speed for a while now. I worked up to 325x3. I feel it is fast enough to go heavier next week.

    Video

Regarding the seated press, I set the pins too high, but I have to hammer the pins in and out with a plate because my rack is a bit off. I did not feel like changing them once I set them. I got some good work out of the exercise anyway. It's like a press lockout.

    Supplements I currently take: Nitrean , BCAA , Creatine 500 , Multi-Plus , Fish Oil

Thanks guys. My strength seems really good. I wish I would stop getting constant injuries to every part of my body though. I'm like the walking wounded. I'll be 39 in a week. I am not letting my body tell me what to do.

That being said I am in the beginning phase of learning my Inzer Super Duper Phenom shirt. I can't wait to put it all together. I need to put my time in and put up the quality number I know I am capable of.

Remember, to get big, you have to get strong. The two are interconnected. Lift heavy, work hard, and size will come. Like night follows day. It works. Arnold

I am not taking Results. Creating never really agress with me too much. However, I am taking the ETS and I have been training harder than ever. Of course I have my nagging injuries, but I am not experiencing muscle soreness which is great.

Thanks guys. Your words of encouragement mean a lot to me. I am entering this training cycle with no numbers in mind. I am simply going to train as hard as I know how and try to improve every week.

I think a lot of us would be better off doing just that. I think a lot of us are completely mental once we start bouncing numbers around in our head. Great speed Vin!
