Really not that bad to start. The biggest thing is your starting. Might be time for a new shirt though...

one of my problems in starting and stopping is I hate my local gym only a handfull of guys who squat or deadlift and mostly machines. Its like a social club in there, more people talking than working out but you cant get on anything. Now that I bought my own equipment I think Ill finally keep going. I just hate the gym, but I love to work out.

You really don't look like 210lbs for being 5'9...
    22 - 5'10@236lbs!
    Bench - 325 (old)
    Squat - 455x2 (old)
    Deadlift - 500(old)

    Total: 1280lbs 100% raw

The key to my exercise program is this one simple truth: I hate my body.

Ill get the pics of my mid section lol. I also rode bmx for a number of years and it did my legs pretty well, so I think my lower body makes up a lot of that as well.
oh and you can tell because I have like no arm definition and they arent tiny, I can curl 60lb dumbells, when Im lifting they look ok but other than that they are just kind of rounded, and I have a 38 inch waist

Im a little over 220 now so I gained a few. I can say I see it a lot more in person. I can say however since those pics my bench went up 75+ lbs. I havnt tracked my deads or squat because Ive been taking them slow after breaking my leg in march. my overhead press went up 30 lbs as well.
Im like 24% bf so I hate to rally pack in calories afraid that Ill be fatter than I am.

If you've only gained 10lbs, then you've done well. You looks at least 20lbs bigger, but without much fat gain.

Nice shirt, big upgrade. Skin looks better too. Shave those pits, get a tan. Keep up the solid effort. Start cutting by Feb. to get to low teen bf% by summer.
