    Oatmeal without heating it up?

    I just tried some oatmeal mixed with water and a scoop of NHF Whey Protein Power chocolate flav.. and man does it taste good.

    Is there anything wrong with not heating up the oatmeal in the mwave and just eating it as is? digestion, absorbtion ?

    I like it dry as well. No harm done here.

    Yes I have blended it up in shakes like this (both pre-cooked, as well as raw). Tastes fine and adds texture if you were looking for a review.
