    Pancakes Anyone?

    Hi out there,
Just wanted to pick some brains.
I have a recipe for oatmeal tofu pancakes (Monica Brant) that are just awsome but, I was wondering if any of you have any more to add.
I have a craving for pancakes like you wouldn't believe.
I just reached my set goal on leg press and want to treat myself.
    Anyone have some recipes?

Built's protein waffles/pancakes are hard to beat. Pretty much 50/50 carbs/protein.

I'd stay away from the tofu pancakes if I were you:

When I feel like having pancakes, I just buy some of the pre-made pancake mix and throw in some whey.

Here's a link to Built's protein pancakes link. Can't reccomend them highly enough. Tasty.
    Basically:
    1 cup egg whites
    1 cup oats
    1 cup cottage cheese (nonfat)
    3 Tbsp Splenda
    1 tsp baking powder
    vanilla extract
    Cinammon

Blend into a batter. Make pancakes or use batter in a waffle iron. I've added a scoop of protein (vanilla), peanut butter, whole eggs, nuts, fruit. All delicious.

NO, I tried it, probably thinking the same thing you are. Too liquid.

Why not cottage cheese, if you can have milk?? If it's taste, don't worry, you cannot taste the cottage cheese. The only time I buy cottage cheese anymore is to make these.
