Alright guys quick question. I was doing my Tri-ceps on friday and i got a small sort of burning pain on the tendons around my elbow, its not overly sore, but it was when i lifted and it was enough to stop me working on my tendons that day.
Thing is, i can still feel it a tiny bit when i tense my arm, and i want to hit my chest 2moro, do you think this will agravate it and am i doing something wrong to be hurting my elbow tendons???
