    Best Cardio for striping fat?

    Wanted to get some opinions and real life experiences on what works the best at stripping fat using cardio. i.e. is jogging better than just walking, does the ellyptical work better. You know that kinda stuff. Thanks.

    Diet is more important than everything.

    The best kind of cardio is the kind you'll do.
    (Although it is possible to lose fat without cardio)
