    Squats:

During warmups, everything felt like a tonne. I saw stars after my last warmup set.
    1st attempt - 620 - good lift
    2nd attempt - 670 - good lift, 10lb pr

We decided I didnt rehydrate right. Threw some waxy maize stuff in a big bottle of Gatorade and I chugged it back. Waxy Maize tastes horrible, but I think it really helped.

3rd attempt - 700 - no good! I got it up by myself, but unfortunatly both side judges said I didnt take it quite deep enough. Ah well, Ill get it next time haha

    Bench:

    Lets start this one off by saying; I absolutely hate benching, but Ive been really working hard in my shirt this last training cycle, so I wasnt going to piss around with small prs. My goal for bench was a 15lb pr, and if I couldnt get it that was fine {so long as I didnt bomb out}

    1st attempt - 340 - good lift; easy
2nd attempt - 380 - no good! I jacked the sleeves of my shirt so far down I couldnt even touch
3rd attempt - 380 - no good again. I touched and got it half way, but it wasnt going anywhere after that

    Deadlift:

1st attempt - 480 {sumo} - 5lb sumo pr, and 10lbs under deadlift meet pr. this was the biggest grinder ever though lmao
2nd attempt - 505 {conv} - Good! 15lb meet pr, and the lift that would eventually lead me to beat Shawn
3rd attempt - 525 {conv} - no good. Ah well, cant have it all

Got a bunch of tips from John Bott and his guys all day; if you guys read this I really appreciate it. Great crew you guys got there. Too bad only Dave stuck around for pizza lmao .

Main things I took away from this are:
    -elbows UNDER the bar
    -keep plugging away at sumo
-more glute work for my dead
    -pullthroughs
-keep working in shirt every week

I had a great time at this meet. Lifting didnt go quite as I wanted, but deffinatly no complaints from me. The best part of this meet was probably hanging out afterwards. My abs were cramping up by the time we were done dinner from laughing so hard.

I cant be bothered posting each individual link Joe and Zane; you guys should go on a comedy tour lmao
