This dern fool tried to tell me today that peanuts are bad for you.
We were talking about how everybody at work eats, and the chick said all anybody there eats is candy and fattening stuff.
Me: You dont see me eating any of that crap.
Girl: Yeah, all you eat is peanuts, sunflower seeds, and tuna.
Guy: Peanuts? Healthy? Dont be so sure about that.
Me: WHat's wrong with peanuts?
Guy: They're totally fattening!
Me: are you trying to tell me that UNsaturated fat and fiber is bad for me?
Me: ...because thats basically all peanuts are. Unsaturated fat, which is quite healthy, fiber and protein.
Me: I thought so. What?! What?!
You can see how that goes. Chalk one up for the BB eating lifestyle.
Peanuts do have some saturated fat, but most of it is poly & mono.
