nope.. no sugars in the diet allowed!!!!!!!!!!! The ATkins diet In my humble opinion.works but you deprive your body of many sugars and carbs your body needs..I think its a weird diet myself..I dont care for it but thats just my 2 cents..
A strong mind needs a strong body to back it up!!!!!!

Your body doesn't need carbs or sugar.

Atkins is piss-poor for a BBer too.

corn sryup is the last thing atkins would recommend, but then agian I would not recommend the atkins diet.
I would not take corn sryup either.

    table sugar = sucrose
    corn sryup = dextrose

is corn syrup is it made of dextrose and water ie sryup or is it just straight sugar?

Corn syrup is usually a mix of fructose and glucose in differing ratios

Typically, it is mostly dextrose, although it can be enriched in fructose to increase sweetness.

Sucrose is glucose and fructose bound together to make a disaccharide

body, i was saying that more to just say that eating corn syrup is very bad for adkins

legally can they change the ratio of corn sryup as on some foods ingredient dec its listed as corn sryup(very rare in the UK). so you could be getting any ratio.

I think in the Uk we list it seperately now, as we have to list glucose (as dextrose) due to genetically modified food laws.
