I did this last night and was surprised at how good it was:
some lowfat plain yogurt
add some frozen blueberries on top
throw in a little splenda if you want to sweeten it up
mix with a spoon and eat.
post other tasty but healthy dessert recipes plox
Make your own yogurt. It's cheaper, much tastier, and better for you. It doesn't take very much effort either. Traditionally the Greeks eat yogurt for breakfast and drizzle a little honey on it. It's really good. I blend yogurt, frozen blueberries, vanilla whey, and sometimes natty PB for breakfast, along with my eggs, etc.

Damn just made a tasty dessert:
sugar free jello pudding mix
2 cups of water
protein powder(I used strawberry metabolic drive)
mix all that crap up. Put it in one of those premade pie crusts. Top with fresh strawberries. Throw it in the fridge for a few hours. Enjoy with milk/coffee.

Nice. Try this next time. Use nonfat cottage cheese instead of water. Sugar free No-bake cheesecake mix (you can use SF/FF vanilla pudding mix instead). Vanilla protein. 2-3 Tbsp PB. Blend that and fill piecrust. Tastes like cheesecake.

also kefir + whey + fruit is really good. Kefir is cheap if you make your own (as cheap as milk at least).
mix up the sf jello powder, throw in some frozen fruit, put in fridge, and enjoy.
