So is oly lifting your primary focus now? You should really keep a journal here man. I'm really interested in what you do.

Yeah, probably my main focus now! Would love to compete and have a huge squat (like yours!). Journal.. well I've thought of it before, but I don't even really have a set routine anymore (no wonder I've gotten weaker ). We'll see though. I mostly just do 3-5x5 of heavy compounds for now, just to maintain I guess...
