flu shot

Ive been sick for almost two weeks now should I get a flu shot? It won't go away and I am taking medicine and drinking lots of fluids. flu shot?

a flut is a virus so there isn't much you can do to make it go away other than just give it time. The flu vaccine is just the old (dead perhaps) viruses so your body can see them and get ready for how to defend them. Unfortunately the viruses can mutate and adapt so they appear different to your body and thus you are defenseless.
