yea just saw the fat loss workout, my question is do i follow those two only? one week "bodybuilding" and the other week "General Fitness and nutrition"? or how exactly is the workout? im a lil confused thats why

i just ordered the stack but i wanna get everythin else sorted out. i should get my shipment round monday or so...if it gets too confusin i think ima go with the whole body workout (kinda bvoring) from mens health abs diet
