    Joint pain?

I'm 25 and i've been working out off and on for 10 years, raced BMX, and motocross and my body took a beating threw the years and my joints remind me of that everyday. I've been taking Glucosamine Chondroitin for a good while now but my joints are clicking, poping, and cracking. My shoulders sound pretty bad when I bench press also. Is there something else I could take to help me out?

Besides seeing a doctor to properly diagnose if you have anything seriously wrong like early signs of arthritis, (also is it just popping and cracking or actual pain?) no one here is going to seriously help you.

Now with that said I am 44 years old been training for well over 20 years, so my joints are starting to hurt to some degree. What I found has helped me tremendously is a combination of Omega 3 and Animal FLEX.

My shoulders and knees and even groin area have been poping for like 7 years now (im 25 also) and everyone says thats not good bla bla but all drs ive talked to say its not bad if they dont hurt... my right shoulder hurts but thats cause i have a slap tear in it but other then that the joints that pop do not hurt... I wouldnt worry bout it less they hurt but id def try to make them as strong as possible and as balanced as possible.... Do a lot of prehab stuff like rotator work internal and external and id add MSM to your supplement list... Stinging nettles is a good herb also that helps with arthritis...
