    Lifting Routine

As the football season winds down, I'm looking to get work out a lot during the offseason. I want to build up my shoulders, biceps, triceps, legs, and get quicker and more endurance. Does anyone know a workout plan that I could follow? During the week I could only use dumbells, but on weekends I go to the gym and could bench, squat, and deadlift. If anyone knows a routine that I could follow, that'd be great. Thanks.

There's not really any good routine that includes just dumbell's for 5 out of 7 days of the week.

I'd say do heavy squats/deads on Saturday, then go Bench, OHP and Hang Cleans on Sunday.

    Durring the week...

    DB Press
    DB OH Press (standing)

If they're heavy, you could deadlift them... I've seen guys doing it with 2 x 100 db.

I'm horrible at ideas for lifting with dumbells... lifting with dumbells is what led me to this site, because I wasn't getting anywhere, it was wasting my time.

Thanks for the input. I can't get to the gym too often because of football, but when it ends and I get a membership I'll be there a lot. But is there a reason why dumbells didn't work for you?
