I am bulking right now and I like to eat at taco bell quite a bit. I usually just have regular hard shell tacos with lots of lettuce and little cheese. i was wondering if this is a bad food to be eating or not?
I'd say it depends on your goal. If cutting then yeah it's bad.
You can eat anything, if you manage to fit it into your daily nutrition w/o adversely affecting such.
I eat TBell at least once a week (leaning or bulking) I just make sure my total calories and ratio's stay balanced.

MRJ is correct, but Taco Bell probably isn't a good choice if you are looking for food that isn't so calorie dense.

If you can look up the nutritional info (carb/pro/fat) and work it into your bulking diet, then go ahead. There are some choices that are probably better than others though. I think the bean burrito, the chicken or steak burrito, and some of the soft tacos are somewhat healthier.

if its got lots of beef and beans in it, then its good for bulking. just dont overdo it
Avoid stuff with beans in it if you can - go for all-steak tacos or something instead.
Too much beans = stinky workout gas attacks.

well, when i am bulking, on campus every sunday night it is .35 cent taco night. eating contests are good for you!! i usually can eat about 15 soft tacos when bulking, but i usually get the chicken santa fe gorditas with a chicken soft taco. i cant remember were i read it, maxim maybe??, but they rated taco bell the best fast food chicken, for you that is, since they switched to their "all white meat" chicken. i say keep eating it!! burger king is my favorite place to go looking for some bulking food.

Even when I bulk I like to stay clean (brown rice, oats etc for carbs) because I am prone to put on alot of fat.

Taco Bell has the lowest grade everything, which makes it good, but god knows what you're actually eating.

yea i definitely wouldnt be eating there that often, in fact its been almost 2 weeks now since i ate there. Also, i dont really gain too much fat. And my other meals are healthy.. chicken, lots of eggs, cottage cheese, milk, wheat bread, etc
hmmm eat whatever you want while bulking...no wonder everyone manages to get so fat while doing so.
