i have the following options to chose from to put in my cardio routine.. im going to do it 3 times a week
A: run laps around an oval (10 min x 2)
B: bag work (boxing) 2 minutes on, 1 min break... (10 sets)
C: skiping rope (10 sets of 1 minute skip sprints)
D: 5 minutes on the ab-roller (2 sets)
would it be ok to do all these, 3 times a week? or should i choose only 2 of them, if so, which 2?
and if its possible, could some1 rate these 3 as to which is a better form of cardio.. my guess is A C B then D? ...

Keep A on a separate day from B and C. Don't bother with D.

What are your goals? I would do them all for cardio, except D, that's not really cardio. Looks like the other three could give you a good mix of higher and lower intensity.

I'm currently doing bag work for 30 minutes (with partner) three times a week (weighted gloves), followed by alternating live~ and ghost sparring for 30 minutes. Follow it up by a light 15-minute cooldown (bike, ... low intensity, very low) and you'll do great!
Also, it's the most fun option (rope skipping, running, ... yuk!)
