Pain HELP!
Lower Back/Upper Left Butt Cheek
Any stretches?
It it a sharp pain that occurs from time to time.
Anyone else experience this before?Age:20
Height: 5'10"

sharp & shooting, comes on strong? and does it sometimes go into the leg?

definitely what it sounds like, but as for the cause...? this should be checked by the doctor. its likely that improper form could be a factor affecting the nerves in the lumbar or sacral regions, but to make sure you should definitely have it checked.
