I do try to eat them to some degree but they are not something that make up my regular diet. I like the taste of most fruits and vegetables but for some reason they are not on the front of my mind when eating. I am curious to see how much they are really a part of peoples diets.
How important are fruits and veggies as far as gaining size and strength?

Pretty important. A serving of either is a relatively small amount too.

I typically eat steamed veggies with both lunch and dinner, probably "2 servings" during each meal. Plus, I typically throw a banana and fresh strawberries in my shake in the morning. It's pretty simple to get your veggies. I spend 4 dollars at the market, and that is good for a 5lb bag of Vegetable Medley, plus I always buy the 1 dollar bag of frozen lima beans (which i discovered have a good amount of protein and taste good too).
Can of green beans with lunch. That is 2.5 servings. Normally 2-3 cups of brocolli with dinner to round up the rest.

Unfortunately I don't eat any, ever. Unless it's in soup, I'll eat them then.

Why isn't zero an option? lol.
I eat fruits every now and then, but rarely veggies.
Neither on a daily basis I don't think.
Pumpkin pie counts as a vegetable, Reko.
They are an excellent source of vitamins and minerals, as well as good 'ol glycogen depositing sugars with low insulin response. I'm cutting again and stay away from breads because I'm crazy sensitive to bread and want to eat the whole ****ing world if I get enough. Hopefully I can cut like this or its keto time again.

for gaining size, strength, cutting, any kind of aesthetics whatsoever... probably not much in terms of bodybuilding
I get a good amount, 8+ servings a day, as I feel they are just a no brainer that they should be included for overall "health." (vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fiber,etc...) and other various reasons.

This is why I think I never placed much emphasis on them. I figure I get most of that in my Multivitamin. Of course I know that many fruits and Veggies are good for the digestive system, helps keep you clean if ya know what I mean. I try to get at least one serving in a day but I think I may try to get a little more in than that.

I eat a banana and strawberries along with my regular breakfast.
I eat vegetables on my burgers sometimes (tomato, salad, etc). French fries are potatoes.
Dinner is almost always complimented by vegetables.
around 5 on average for me, i usually have an apple and orange, plus broccoli, spinach and mixed veg, onions are thrown in occasinaly on top of that, plus mushrooms, tomatoes and lettuce.
Potatoes aren't classed as a vegetable as such, it's in the 'starchy carbs' category.
Fruits are so freaking good. I don't know why people in America avoid fruits. Apples, oranges, bananas, berries, all so good. Taste much better than any junk candy bar. I go to Costco once a week and load up on cheap fruit. Fruit smoothies with 100% fruit, good stuff right there.
