These are a couple of articles on diet and how your body adapts to what you do to it. I'm on this diet now and I have to say that it was hard for the first 2 days, but honestly, I haven't felt weaker yet. My Goal is to tone up and get a wider upper body. The Toning part is coming along because I do my cardio when I'm supposed to. As for looking wider, I don't see it, but you know what? I feel it. It might sound a little silly to say I feel it, but I'm sure if I keep this up, I'll be fine. If I'm not, then I'll put up a post here saying the diet ceased to work.
Read up and I hope this helps any one who is looking to tone up without the expense of losing strength or mass.
