    Eating On The Go

What do you guys recommend eating when your out and don't have a meal planned? I mean i wanna keep track of my calories, but its tough sometimes getting the nutritional info. I currently can't find my shaker cup and can't transport shakes on the go.

    Bars, nuts, beef jerky, etc.

BTW, you can put protien in other containers besides you shaker...I've funneled mine into a gatorade bottle more than once when in the field.

    sure.

break up your calories into a few meals and prepare them the night before and throw them in a cooler. this is what i do every day, its become second nature.
