    First time was middle of last year at age 26 and I was probably about 175-180lbs@5'6''.

    Had been lifting for about 6 months prior to that.

    17 or 18 not sure but I did a full squat ATG with 200 when I was 15 and will always remember that day
    Squat briefs only 625 @ 210
    Bench geared 525 @ 210
    Deadlift geared 650 @ 220

    I'm 19 and I hit 3 plates just about a week ago, but that was box squats and the box was set at parallel or just slightly above. Still felt incredible, though!
    I have hit 285 ATG and 260 3x6 about two years ago, would love to know where I'd be if basketball/injuries never derailed me as they did.

    15 or 16. Now I'm 23 and can barely squat half that.
