If one person can do something, anyone can learn to do it.
Do what you've always done and get what you've always gotten.
There is no failure, only feedback.

Ya, that's true you don't have to be that big but at 14-15 that seems like a crazy high amount of weight to deep squat.
It just really impresses me and I would like to see it. I know when I was 15 there was not a single person in my grade or even the one above us to squat 3 plates. That is amazing for anyone that did a full squat with that much being so young.
We had a few strong football kids who could squat a **** ton in high school. I think the record was 600 when I left. I went to college with the kid (were he played football) and said he was up to 650 before he left he just never got it "officialized" by the coaches or whatever.
b-395 s-505 d-550- all at the end of pyramid workout. No fresh numbers. 20yo 5'11 210lbs.chalk only.
Make a poll for 500 or 600 and i doubt it would be the same. 315 is a very attainable squat goal, after a couple years with good coaching and effort. So if you start early enough and have someone teaching you know knows what they are doing, it isn't a tough thing to do.
yeah reko i made it 315 because i am very surprised at everybody's squat compared to their weight, yet they bench alot. i should have done 405. but im not there yet so maybe when i make it in a few weeks ill make it
Look for it haha![]()

Pitbull at 5'4 and 140 I bet your packin quite a bit of muscle :P
Plus the whole strength to weight ratio is silly the lighter person will always win.
I was 27 or so. I hit it about 8 months after I'd starting lifting seriously.

I have no idea when I did it,however my son squatted 315 as a 13 yr old 5'7" 165 lb freshmen. It was a real squat too, none of that partial squat BS.Now he's a 198 lb 16 yr old aiming for a 425-435 squat at his meet in 3 weeks.

I believe I did 315 at like 15 years old. But the later part of 17 I could do 500lbs.
15, perfect form and full depth.
