Just bought a nice bag a baby carrots from my favorite local Trader Joe's.
Much to my chagrin upon opening them I discovered that they are wet and slimy.
They are definitely not rotten, but there is something disheartening about having to towel off each carrot before consuming.
I imagine I'm not the first victim of slimy carrot attacks.
Any tips on how to dry these day-ruiners off?
