Is this weight lifting routine OK?

I began lifting weights about 4 months ago, and have seen significant improvements. I use a pretty basic home gym, and about all I have to work with is a bench press with a lat bar on the other end, a barbell, an EZ curl bar, and several dumbells. I have changed up the exercises I do several times, and I adjust the weight so everything I do falls within the rep range of 8-12, and I do the exercise till about 1 rep to failure, for 3 sets. I am unable to do any leg exercises, which I hate, but in the future I may get another barbell to dead lift with. This are the exercises I do:

    Benchpress
    Barbell Military Press with Barbell
    Lat Pulldown
    Upright Rows with Barbell
Bicep Curls with EZ curl bar
    Dumbell Rows
    Chest Flyes
    Wrist Curl
    Tricep Extensions

I do those 3x a week. I have heard however not to work a muscle group more than once a week, and then I have heard it is OK as long as you give 48 hours rest to muscles.

    Anyway, thanks.

Well currently I just do all those 3 days a week. Should I split those up and do different exercises each of the 3 days?

Oh and like I said, this is a simple home gym, not sure how to work my legs because I can't do squats or leg press or anything, though I may get another barbell to deadlift with eventually.

If you have a barbell, you can do squats and deadlifts.

Why cant you deadlift with the barbell you have?
Theres lots of leg exercises you can do with the equipment you have: Hack squats, overhead squats, lunges, travelling lunges, single leg lunges and step ups just to name a few.
