Ryan Celli Raw Unity Training *Video*

Here's some recent training footage of Ryan as he gets set for the Raw Unity Meet. Last year Ryan won the middleweights at this meet, as well as the bench only for the middle weights and came in a very close second in the overall bench only.

    3 weeks and counting....

thanks guys. I have 2 more training weeks, then a week of rest.

I know some will ask about the band tension. This is all I can say about the way I have this week set up.

On the squat it took 90 lbs for the bar to reach my lowest bar height and it has zero tension on top.

On the bench it took 55 for the bar to reach my chest and has zero tension at lock out.

I believe these numbers all changes in during the lift. For example- I know when I do reverse bands on bench with say 500, and I know the bands are taking off say, 100lbs off the chest, you would think it's 400 off the chest, but with just straight bar weight I could never touch 400. This is just an example, but you get the idea.

We'll see how things go this week. I'll also update my log.
    Ryan
