That was a great lift. Also, where can you get that kind of bench? I've never seen one w/ racks that move like that. Looks really good especially you can unrack it by yourself and still maintain your arch/back tightness.

That's pretty crazy, especially that arch. I'm not doubting or anything, but how much of your ass was on the bench?

Love the energy from your buddies though, it helps a lot!

Noob question. Is your back supposed to be arched like that? That looks like it would do some serious damage to your back lol.

you gotta stretch out very good and get used to it!it takes years to get a good arch pain free!always wear a belt so you take your air into youir stomach and squezz hard against the belt!

    Awesome lift.

I never really got how people could arch their back like that (I always keep my back almost flat on the bench), cause I tried it once and good god did my my back hurt afterwards.

Yeah I've got a couple sets of the Convict wrist wraps

I tried the elbow wraps once but they added too much to my bench to be real helpful. I don't wear elbow wraps or sleeves much at all anymore though

That is an awesome press man! But is it truely a raw bench if you are using elbow wraps? I seriously don't know, I'm not trying to downplay your lift. I just didn't know if you could use elbow wraps for raw meets.
