    milk subsitute?

I'm allergic to milk and looking for an alternative to soy. I tried rice milk and it was horrible. This is for my weight gain shakes. Thanks.

Guess you havent been turned on to this yet but go for eggwhites-international. There's a youtube video if you search for it. Awesome stuff and you can use it to replace milk or water in all your protein shakes.

    Hope that helps

Thanks Red. A friend of mine uses them and likes it. I just want something a little more calorie dense.

My kids actually drink it but it still bothers me. Thanks though. I'm just using rice milk, it doesnt taste too bad as long as its mixed with something. Plus it has a decent amount of carbs for post workout. I should clarify, I'm not allergic to milk just lactose intolerant.

Coconut milk. Best there is. High calorie (mostly fat), tastes good, lots of medium chain triglycerides (google it), and lauric acid (real good for you).

Just did a search on that. Thank you! This might be a nice addition to my diet.
