    question about my gf

    My gf started going to the gym with me to loose weight, but my main concern is she has no appetite she harley eatse nething is this gonns effect her weigjt lost?

    it will probably make it a lot harder for her to lose weight if shes not eating a lot since her metabalism will be **** low and im sure i misspelled some **** in here i know dont jump me for it

    Here is a link to a site that I have my fiance use. She has the same goals as your gf and had the same problem, (thought to lose weight=not eating). Give her a hand with the site and it will help tailor her a good diet for her weight loss.Shes also able to add in activities, etc.
