well, what are your stats, goals and results at the moment ?
my stats are:
5'10
195pnds
bf% 16
goal is to drop as much bf as possible with minimal muscle loss.
I'm curious as to what kind of things your eating to get only 75 carbs a day. it doesn't seem right to me to be able to get so much protein and calories and so little carbs.
its possible. ive been getting great results with this diet but i stalled last week so for this week i dropped 25g of carbs n upped my fat by 25 just waiting for fri to see if it worked.
Hey bro, I'm assuming that you only count non-fiber carbs. The greatest product known to low-carb man is the whole wheat tortillas by La Tortilla Factory. 3 grams of effective carbs, 9 grams of fiber. They are incredible.
Anyways, I was never able to get that much protein in my diet, I couldn't eat enough!
actually i dont count veggies as carbs. i eat as much as i want. my main carb source is oats
Veggies and Fruits are a huge source of carbs. That is my source of carbs in my diet besides oatmeal. Even one single banana has around 30 grams of carbs in it.
Well he said he doesn't count veggies as carbs, and that makes sense to me. 1/2 cup of brocolli only has 1 active carb.
You don't count the carbs in your vegetables?
Even corn, which has 17 per serving?![]()
I don't count the carbs in broccoli or cauliflower either, anyway isn't corn quite high on the GI

You wanna get the green veg down like cauliflower, brocolli, sprouts etc...these are highly fibrous, have vits and minerals and are good for the digestive tract. They have very little in the way of carbs.
Corn is not green veg.

veges w/ no effective carbs- (ie they have some but are so difficult to digest one recieves no net carb intake)
asparagus
broccoli
cabbage
celery
lettuce
mushrooms
onions
radiccio
radishes and
spinach
Any other veges should be counted as their carbs are more accessable in the digestive process
also, i would add a little more fat as your cals seem a little low.
