    Cardio Every Day????

    Hey there,

Was wondering, is it possible to do cardio every single day AND weight train with success? I need to loose some serious body fat, and think it'd be a pretty good idea. Thanks.

limit the cardio to 4 days tops
dont go to far over 45 min each session
and if it interferes with lifting drop a cardio day
    lifting days are more important

as long as you eat right, i don't think you need more than 20 min of cardio per day. too much cardio is detrimental to muscle gains.

I tried doing cardio Monday through Friday and ran into a few problems. I was only doing cardio for about 18 minutes a day. Running 2 miles with a warm-up and cool down. On days after I would have worked out legs I would get major cramps while doing my cardio and have to quit.

I also started to get real bad pains in my shins.
