This thread needs to get posted in more often. I hit 285 lbs for 8 reps on the bench press. Don't usually try to hit rep prs, but this is a pr and something I am proud of, previous best in roughly same rep range was 275 for 7 reps. So I am getting back up to where I was at and then a little.

hitting lots of different bench prs, since my last 285x8 last month, i hit 305x8 last week. couple weeks before hit 385x3 on 2 board, and week or so before 405x1 reverse band. Really thing i did different is modify my progression, and then started eating again instead of dieting like i have forever, and creatine, and got a cpap. been great so far. Hope to have some good squat and deadlift progression again without the associated pain.

How can I fix my form more, except dragging against my shins/knees (can't because of extremely sensitive knee after surgery)?

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7BoUJ5qmqJ4

I know my back is rounded a lot, and that's what I want to fix.

EDIT: Also, you guys make me feel like a weak shit, haha.

Well I started my strength training about a month ago (routine before that was utter crap). Going into it I had some previous PR's that I just assumed were still relevant. Those being:

    Bench: 250lbs
    Squat: 300lbs
    Deadlift: 380lbs

After this first month I've gone up to:

Bench: 250lbs (tried to go for 275 when I should have gone for 260-265lb)
    Squat: 360lbs
    Deadlift: 410lbs

Definitely happy with my progress so far. Thanks for all the support!

    new DL PR

broken back of peace, but IDGAF, I still count the lift. meant to actually put 480 on there, but accidentally put 485 on there and still hit it.

    6'0", 215

not that impressive for most, but I'm happy with it

405x5 squat and 345x5 bench. Previous best plain old raw bench was 345x1. So the most i have ever benched is 345 yet done 5 times, pretty happy about this. And most i have squatted is 425x1 so I will pass that up soon. I still do singles and triples but usually on the variations of the lifts.

Got a couple PRs the last 6 days. On Thursday, I got 365 parallel squat (I think it was parallel, but it might have been a bit above, honestly). Not the best, but it's still a post-surgery PR.

Also, got 505 deadlift about an hour ago! Felt GREAT! My form was obviously extremely bad, and it took me like 5 seconds to lock it out (LOL), but I'm happy I got it.

Keep in mind I'm on a cut, so making gains has been hard.
