Falcon, great weight on the bench, but...get some friggin' safeties or a rack!
And I think you'd do way more with better form (namely not flaring your elbows that much and staying tighter throughout/not bouncing).

    On to 400!

Yeah, I've been trying to fix my form on bench. My grip was WAY too narrow before, now I use wide grip and my form is MUCH better.

New post-surgery PR for squat (PLing-style, for those wondering...works hip flexors more, so I think it's more applicable to sports).

    How's the depth?

Do these bots actually think people are retarded enough to click on their links?

Anyways, 295 front squat. Not the best, but as my right knee continues to get better and stronger, I should continue to see gains.

Looks good honestly, just need to work on your speed. I would suggest trying to sit back a little more, you're not getting much out of your legs. It's hard to tell from that angle but it looks like your shoulders are fairly far over the bar. How much weight was that?

The blue are 20kgs, yellow bumper plates are 15, add the bar & outermost plate = 190 kilo. It's 419 lbs.

I've figured out pretty much why the legs aren't as strong as they look, while being 70 centimeters, the quads aren't structurally in shape. Kind of tense at vastus lateralis. Don't know exactly how to get them better, but I guess if legs and glutes were working fine, it would mean more weight. Keep on training is the only thing I can come up with, it has worked rather well before (I was a skinny fuk 15 years ago)

The 'speed' was because I underestimated the weight
This is the usual speed when lifting, but neither is this lift work of art, as I wobble the weight at top position, instead of leaning back (I remember vaguely that the hands were yearning to put it down real soon)

Thing is that I really want to start making better, longer, workout videos, because it would be cool as I'm a musician, and I have perfectly fitting tunes to lifting! But first I need to learn better form, in many lifts, and get a better camera (the first deadlift video was also made with cellie, but a better than the old)

Got a PR of 160kg/352lbs for 3 sets of 2 reps as planned earlier. Took a few days off cause of sore shoulder which I think helped me recover from the hard 157.5

In the last two weeks I hit a 70lb pr on deadlifts a 5lb pr on the bench and a 15lb pr on squats following the Cube method! Im not big on programs but I feel extremely fresh and strong since starting this, my back has been wrecked the last probably 10 months since injuring it deadlifting so I decided to switch to sumo and start the cube and I must say im pumped with the results!
