    162.5kg zercher squat 3 sets of 2 reps. Paused at the bottom, no belt. I've been making great gains on this lift over the last week, over 10lbs increase.

    Getting closer and closer to double BW zercher squat. Few more weeks and it's mine.


    Now at 165kg 2x2 Came close to snapping my shit up in the hole

    Prs At 86-87kg

    Zercher squat: 167.5kg/369lbs 2 reps x 4 sets

    Bench press: 125kg/275lbs 2 reps x 4 sets

    Deadlift: 180kg/396lbs x4
