420 Sumo RAW. Which I believe beats my old suited conventional pull by 10lbs
Bench off 1.5 board 495x3.
Light bands doubled under power-rack 400x1 (600+ total) off 3 board.
The power-rack is almost touching the floor so the tension would be over 200.
Squat briefs only 625 @ 210
Bench geared 525 @ 210
Deadlift geared 650 @ 220

Tried for a 715 pull, but my left hand grip gave way and it didn't leave the floor.
Another attempt at 715 with straps and only got it 1/4 up before failing.
Lightened the weight and tried 690 w/o straps, no luck, my left hand slipped.
I put straps on and got the pull at 690.
I'm pissed about the grip on my left hand and will have to work on that hand's grip strength. My right hand was fine.

585 lb 3" deficit deadlifts for 3 reps
