I forgot about this thread. I hit a 335 bench on Friday. Finally over a BW bench.

Just hit a 360 lb raw bench tonight @ 220 lbs. 15 lb increase from last time I maxed so I was a bit suprised.

I spent the weekend fly fishing in cold weather. I camped and didn't sleep that well. I figured I be tired this morning and actually thought about not going to the gym. Glad I decided to go.
I did banded squats up to 455. I played with the bands and weights on top to hold them down and I'm getting about 100 pounds of resistance at the top. After doing those, I felt so good, I tried non-banded and heavy. 620 X 1. Yahoo!
