The Quest
deadlift 525 @ 148lb which the USAPL IPF national meet record for 148lb 17yr olds. Looking forward smashing the record at teen nationals in June. i recorded it, but my stupid camera phone cut out half way through the lift. you can tell i got it though from the easy start.

I got 485x7 DL on Friday at some gym in Columbus, OH. This was after lifting a 230lb atlas stone and some other strongman implements at the Arnold Expo earlier in the day!

Good work guido, you're a beast man. I'll hopefully be repping out like that one day haha. But for now
new 1RM of 142.5 kg (about 320lbs) for DL today.

I've been doing EFS style training for the last couple of months. I had a deload week last week, in hopes of hitting some new PRs during the next 3 weeks. This morning, deadlifts. Conventional didn't feel quite right, so I tried sumos. Felt good doing sumos, so kept going.
